Gladstone's 4 Fish is at the point where Sunset Boulevard meets the Pacific Coast Highway, at the North end of Castellammare beach. The restaurant overlooks the ocean, has sawdust on the floor and the peanuts in galvanized buckets are free. The food is fair to middling, but the portions are huge and the informal atmosphere infectious.
